The guest rooms at The Step Chiang Mai were comfortable and cozy, with a flat-screen TV and air conditioning. It felt like a home away from home, which made our stay really enjoyable. As someone who values relaxation and comfort, I couldn't have asked for more.
Personally, I would have preferred if the rooms included a balcony. However, I understand that this is a subjective preference and others might not have the same opinion.

The communication was impressive, with constant contact and proactive check-ins. The room was comfortable and the common area welcoming, with snacks and drinks available.
